Project Update: Heartland Masala - An Indian Cookbook From an American Kitchen

Contributing to this cookbook was such a proud moment for me! What made it truly special was that it never felt like "work." I had the pleasure of collaborating with a mother and son team who poured their hearts into the project, alongside my amazing friend and food stylist Trina Kahl, and the talented photographer Kevin Miyazaki. The resulting images are so rich, and the food? Absolutely fabulous! The highlight of our days was undoubtedly getting to sample every single dish. I'm eagerly anticipating the official cookbook release in September – stay tuned for more updates!
